On February 26, 2018, GABI signed an MOU with the Aruba Centre of Excellence (COE) under the UNDP Initiative for the Sustainable Development of Small Island Developing States (SIDS). This was realized in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Government of Aruba. GABI will engage in information sharing and knowledge with stakeholders and decisionmakers on SIDS issues.
