GABI President Florence Lowe-Lee was invited to participate in the 3rd Asia Montana Energy Summit organized by Mansfield Center, University of Montana. The purpose of the workshop was to draw together multidisciplinary, cross-sectorial and international group of leaders to address challenges and opportunities in building energy partnership and global collaborative opportunities.
