The global order needs to recognize that relationships with Russia are not likely to improve anytime soon. There is growing support of nuclear technology in the United States, and nuclear will need to double globally by 2050 to meet climate goals. Korea\u2019s nuclear policy will change substantially when the new administration takes power in May. Geopolitically, there are already disruptive trends in the global energy market.
