However, a failure to develop global standards for advanced nuclear regulation, leverage<br \/>\ncapital and investment from international partners and allies, and establish a robust fuel cycle sector to support advanced<br \/>\nreactors may threaten to derail U.S. progress in rebuilding its international standing in civil nuclear.
